Complaint upon oath having been this day made before me by Detective Craig Grogan, I find that there is probable cause to believe that two counts of the crime of: 187 PC, homicide committed on or about Monday December 23, 2002 or Tuesday December 24, 2002, in the county of Stanislaus by Scott Lee Peterson, date of birth, 10/24/72.

 

YOU ARE THEREFORE COMMANDED forthwith to arrest the above-named Defendant and bring him/her before any magistrate in Stanislaus County pursuant to Penal Code Sections 187.
