On Friday 04/18/03 at 1110 HRS DOJ Special Agent Supervisor ERNIE LIMON, Special Agent PETER SHEAR and CLAUDE JUBRAN completed a felony traffic stop and arrest at my request.  SCOTT LEE PETERSON was arrested for an outstanding probable cause warrant in San Diego CA.  Peterson waived booking in that jurisdiction and was transported to Stanislaus county jail for booking
