ORDER

 

Pursuant to CRC 980 (e) (4) and the authority given to me as Presiding Judge of the Superior Court, Stanislaus County.

 

IT IS ORDERED that the courtroom corridors between Departments 5, 6, 7 and 8, be kept clear of any and all cameras and other media and/or video equipment for the hearing scheduled in Department 8 on Friday May2, 2003 at 8:30 a.m.

 

It is further ordered that the courtroom corridors between Departments 1, 2, 3 and 4, Departments 5, 6, 7 and 8, and Departments 9, 10, 11 and 12 are to be kept clear of any and all cameras and other media and/or video equipment for any and all hearings regarding the People V. Scott Peterson, Case No: 1056770, and for the duration of the Scott Peterson case. 

 

The purpose of the order is to minimize interference with the neighboring courtrooms, to minimize disruption of court proceedings, and to provide unimpeded access to courtrooms for persons conducting regular court business.
