STIPULATION AND ORDER

The parties stipulate that the Search Warrants, Affidavits, and Returns currently maintained by the

Court under seal are necessary for the parties to prepare this case.  The parties stipulate that the Court should release copies of the above documents to each party and order that neither party shall release, disseminate, or disclose any of the information contained therein without further order of the Court.

ORDER

The Court hereby orders that the Stanislaus County Superior Court Clerk shall obtain the above sealed records and provide copies of same to both parties and then reseal the documents.  It is also ordered that the parties shall not release, disseminate, or disclose any of the information contained therein without further order of the Court.
