JUDGE: I think that there is two other things left. We have these -- we have -- let's talk about the dog now.

GERAGOS: We can't yet. I don't have the information about the dogs.

JUDGE: Do you want to reserve ruling?

GERAGOS: You have to, because the -- apparently -- I have talked to the -- at the break with Mr. Harris, the person who is in charge of the records that we talked about getting is apparently on vacation until --

JUDGE: I'll reserve a ruling on that issue.

D. HARRIS: My understanding, just so we're completely clear, Mr. Geragos I think had indicated before he was going to file a motion. So we have our request for 402. And I believe the defense wants to file something.

JUDGE: You are going to file something?

GERAGOS: As soon as I get the records. Until I get the CARDA --

JUDGE: We're going to be here for a little while. There is no rush. But then I'll reserve a ruling on that. We'll reserve it, the subject later on before the -- before we bring in the dog handlers.
