HARRIS: Ma'am, can you tell us where you work at.
JOSEPHSON: Hera OB-GYN Medical Group.
HARRIS: Directing your attention back to December 2002, did you also work
for that medical group back then?
JOSEPHSON: Yes.
HARRIS: And I want to talk about that particular month, December of 2002.
When the office opened up after Christmas of that year, were you given the task
of answering, or checking the voice mail or messages that might have been left?
JOSEPHSON: Yes.
HARRIS: And did you do that?
JOSEPHSON: Yes.
HARRIS: Were there a number of messages there?
JOSEPHSON: Yes.
HARRIS: The, when you checked these messages, did you find any messages
that involved a patient by the name of Laci Peterson,
JOSEPHSON: No.
HARRIS: that was either left from the 24th or the 25th?
HARRIS: No.
HARRIS: The People have no other questions.
