New information tonight about why Modesto police may have quickly ruled Amber Frey out as a suspect in the case of missing pregnant woman Laci Peterson. Sources tell News 47 Frey took a lie-detector test and passed. Frey is the Madera woman who dated Scott Peterson for a brief time in the fall. She ended the relationship with Scott Peterson when she found out about Laci. Police haven't ruled Scott Peterson out as a suspect and say he's not been fully cooperative.
