Vacuum debris from the boat

Reason:  Appeared to be cement residue at the bottom of the boat

Testimony

Rudy Skultety testified that he instructed CSO Doug Lovell to vaccum the boat with the special vacuum.  Lovell gave the debris to Skultety, who booked it into evidence.
