It's what we've all been waiting for -- Scott's brief is expected any day now. In the meantime, comment on what you expect or want to be in the Brief.

Do you think Scott will get a 2nd trial out of the Appeal to the CA Supreme Court? Yes or No

How much money are you willing to bet on your position? $10, $20, $30 -- or any other amount?

After the appeal has been heard and decided, all the people that are right can split all the money bet by those who are wrong.

No money will be put up UNTIL the decision is made, but you have to make your bet BEFORE the first brief is filed (or made public).

I bet $100 that Scott will get a 2nd trial out of his appeal to the CA Supreme Court.

I don't want to bet but I do think Scott will win his appeal and be granted a new trial because of the jurors rocking the boat experiment or the removal of the jurors during deliberations.
