Peterson Cousin Says Family Suspicious of Husband

The family of Laci Peterson was preparing to speak publicly Friday -- for the first time since learning of her husband's alleged affair.

But Laci's cousin Kathy Rocha spoke out Wednesday night about the reports that Scott Peterson was cheating on the missing Modesto mother-to-be.

"It kind of just felt like a stab in the back," Rocha said about the rumors.

The Rocha family believes that if Scott lied about having a girlfriend, he may have been less than truthful about Laci's disappearance on Christmas Eve.

"We don't have good feelings right now. We're hoping that something can prove us wrong," Rocha said.
