Scott's timeline for December 24

Scott gave the MPD his timeline for that day's activities on the night of the 24th.  Other activities are taken from cell phone records, receipts, or witnesses.  We've added some analysis and commentary (in italics)

• 8:00 a.m. or so, Scott got out of bed.  Laci was already up.

• 9:00 a.m.  Scott said Laci was watching Martha Stewart.

• 9:20-9:40 a.m.  Kristen Dempewolf saw Scott loading something into the pickup.  Scott talks to her.

  Dempewolf confirms Scott's story.  Scott prepares to leave about 9:30, Laci reminds him to take the umbrellas to the warehouse, he goes outside to get them and puts them into the pickup. 

• 9:48 a.m.  Martha Stewart airs a segment on meringue

  Scott remembered seeing this segment, so he must have gone back into the house to tell Laci goodbye. 

• 10:08 a.m.  Scott is en route to the Warehouse

  Scott's cell phone records show that he placed a call to voicemail, which originated with the Cell tower at 1250 Brighton and terminated with the Cell tower at 10th & D. 

• 11:44 a.m.  Scott received a phone call from Lee Peterson. 

  Scott's location is undetermined, because the call does not show up on Scott's cell phone bill, and he could not have still been at the Warehouse.

• 12:54 p.m.  Scott purchased a parking receipt from the Berkeley Marina 

• 2:12 p.m.  Scott made a call to voicemail, and the cell tower location proves he is in Berkeley

• 2:14 p.m.  Scott made outgoing call to the home phone, same cell tower location as previous call

• 2:17 p.m.  Scott made outgoing call to Laci's cell phone, same cell tower as previous 2 calls

• 2:34 p.m.  Scott made outgoing call to Greg Reed, and the cell tower location puts him in Oakland, on his way home

• 2:40 p.m.  Scott made outgoing call to his Dad, Lee Peterson, and the cell tower location puts him in Castro Valley, on his way home

• 3:44 p.m.  Scott received an incoming call from an unknown number

• 3:52 p.m.  Scott made outgoing call to the home phone, and the cell tower location puts him in Livermore, on his way home

• 4:45 p.m., Scott arrived home, as testified to by Amy Krigbaum, a neighbor

• 5:17 p.m.,  Scott called Sharon, as testified to by Sharon Rocha

• 6:11 p.m.  Evers arrived at the Park where Scott was

• 6:30 p.m.,  1st walk-through completed by Evers, Spurlock, and Letsinger; conference held with Sgt. Duerfeldt, and Sgt. Duerfeldt placed call for a homicide detective

• 2nd walkthrough conducted by Evers, Spurlock, and Letsinger, accompanied by Scott.

• 9:30 p.m., Detective Brocchini arrived.

• 3rd walkthrough conducted by Brocchini and Evers, with Evers pointing out suspicious things

• 4th walkthrough conducted by Brocchini and Evers, accompanied by Scott

• Brief visit to the warehouse so Scott could show Detective Brocchini the boat

• 12 Midnight, interview at Modesto Police Station by Detective Brocchini
